Our first full meal while on the road. Who says you have to eat greasy burgers and potato chips on road trips! Courtesy of our rice cooker, propane burner and the local Fresh Market we enjoyed a meal of steamed white rice, stir fried bean sprouts and tuna tataki - all from our Motel 6 room!
